two marked homeland security federal protective service police cars parked and idling on the corner of hancock st. and cliveden st. (near 1515 hancock st.) in quincy ma on 7/10/25 11:26am. no drivers seen. the building at 1515 hancock st. houses multiple social assistance offices including social security, department of transitional assistance, masshire, and quincy community action programs (qcap).
