eyewitnesses report that the officers detaining individual may be with ice. they were seen driving unmarked vehicles with us government plates. citizen app user ggutter_ shows video of ice detaining an individual in the area.
some officers at the scene are wearing outer bulletproof vests labeled immigration and customs enforcement.
the video uploaded by the citizen user shows one officer using his flashlight to disrupt the video recording.
