7:30 am this morning- 3 law enforcement vehicles blocking traffic on 1400 block of broad street by degennaro’s. a sedan with broken glass was observed. sedan was full of occupants described as hispanic/latino. traffic was redirected. i received this information second hand and reported it to the casa san jose emergency hotline
