Other Important details
1. Black hexagonal honeycomb grille, blacked-out Ford oval badge
2. 4 detainees were being kidnapped and sent to the NW Detention Center modern day Concentration in Tacoma. The back of the van had a cage where the kidnapped immigrants were chained and shackled.

1. Appeared to be a male.
